Gluten-Free Orange Zest Cake
- 1 ½ cup Andean Star Gluten-Free Baking Flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon orange zest
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 2 tablespoons apple sauce
- ¼ cup coconut oil
- Whisk the wet and dry ingredients together in separate bowls.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients. Mix until just combined.
- Pour into a greased 9-inch cake pan.
- Bake for 20 minutes at 400 degrees F.
